Yes! We are licensed through SunBiz, Florida’s business licensing, as well as through NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) and PSI (Pet Sitters International). We are insured and bonded through PSA (Pet Sitters Associates).

No, we only provide daily drop in visits or dog walks Monday through Friday weekly. We do not do any pet sitting, boarding or overnight care.

If you do not have a dog in the home, we are not able to provide service. We do service homes that have other animals and would be happy to refill food/water for other animals in the home during one of our visits, but our main priority are dogs as our main service is daily dog walks.

We suggest setting up a meet-and-greet with us around 1 week ahead of your first service. This way we can set up times to meet you and your pups as well as get you on our regular schedule. Once we have your schedule set, it will automatically schedule each week! No need to remember to request days/times each week, we can automatically schedule all your visits out to reoccur each week!

We are able to provide a one-time walk or visit for your dog. Once you’ve completed the on-boarding process and we’ve had our meet-and-greet, you can request 1x visits or walks as needed. This is on an as needed basis, so please be advised to schedule in advance as our regular walks/visits are already set for the week.

Yes! We can schedule last minute walks/visits if we are available! Once you request the day/time of your visit, our staff will approve the visit if we have a walker available. Once we can get you scheduled, we will assign your dog to one of our team members and you will see your future visit on your Pet Pocketbook account. There is a last-minute booking charge of $5.00 per service with any services scheduled within 24 hours’ notice.

Yes! We use the Pet Pocketbook software which lets us send pet reports from our walks. Not only are you able to get all the info from our visit with your dog, but we also send adorable photos straight to you phone from our time together. And we even use GPS tracking on our walk so you can see exactly where we adventured together to give you peace of mind.

Yes! Bri, the owner of Daily Dogs, is Fear Free Certified and incorporates Fear Free practices into all trainings. We will not use any e-collars, prong collars, or similar techniques during our services.

Yes, all of our walkers have extensive background checks.

Here at Daily Dogs, we work as a team. Each of our walkers is trained to provide the best and same care during each service. This way we are more readily available to service your dog at any given time. As such, you may have the same walker from time to time, but we rotate based on availability.

We do not service on the weekends or any evenings and are closed for most major holidays. Our holidays closures are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We service Monday – Friday weekly from 9am – 3pm.

We do! We have multiple plans in place for any number of given emergencies. We prioritize advanced planning in case of an emergency. From hurricanes to excessive heat days, to last-minute visits, so you can have peace of mind knowing our exact plan for any emergency situation.

We operate on a two-hour window of arrival. Our time windows are: 9am – 11am, 11am – 1pm, and 1pm - 3pm Monday through Friday.

We walk only in the areas we can walk to from your residence. We will not take your dog to any parks or trails unless we can walk to them from your house. We also do not go to any dog parks and will not let your dog off leash at any time. With Pocketbook, you can see our GPS tracked walks in each of your reports! This way you know exactly where we went with your dog each time we go out.
